Description:
10 Elderpark street project is a gap site project creating 10 new amenity-standard common close flats for social rent. The new residential building has been created on the site of the former Congregational Church. MAST Architects worked in partnership with Elderpark Housing Association and Cruden Building Renewals to deliver the fully accessible flats. The project has been designed to a high energy efficiency rating, with this project aspiring to achieve an Eco homes 'Excellent' rating. The flat layouts exceed the 'Housing For Varying Needs' standards and provide much needed amenity housing in the area.
