Description:
New proposals for two hotels on the waterfront site and Custom House Quay have been brought forward, as previous plans for an extensive £200m waterfront development have been shelved.
Development of the key city centre site is now likely to take place as a phased development, with NM UK's proposals for two new waterfront hotels representing the first phase of development.
Current status:
Planning application is expected.
