Glasgow City Centre, IFSD
This 10 storey tower on the site of the former Apsley House has
a city centre location, close to railway stations in Glasgow's
International Financial Services District.
The development, formerly known as Clarion, has a BREEAM
environmental rating of "excellent" and a B rated
energy performance certificate. Floors vary in size from
4,700 ft2 to 8,000ft2.
Only 3 floors of this 77,000 sq ft development remain available.
The remaining space has been let to Chartis UK (formerly AIG) and
Completed 2010. There is currently 23,200 sq ft of space
available over 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
