Glasgow City Centre, IFSD
At the heart of Glasgow's International Financial Services
District (IFSD), the 6 Atlantic Quay building
comprises 80,000ft² of grade A office accommodation.
Another of the innovative Atlantic Quay developments, the building
enjoys quick and easy motorway access. Numerous shopping and
business facilities are located nearby.
The development has been built by Wilson Bowden Developments and
has been let by Direct Line.
The entire building has been let to the Royal Bank of Scotland
subsidiary Direct Line for a 15-year period.
The project is complete.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
