Description

Watermark Business Park is located immediately adjacent to Pacific Quay, with a strategic location ideal for both car and public transport users.  The development creates a range of 8 self contained office pavilions, ranging from 179m2  to 1,169m2, with the space over 2 or 3 storeys. 

Whilst being open plan in nature the pavilions also lend themselves to subdivision.

Clyde Waterfront is a strategic partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire Councils. Its purpose is to promote the economic, social and environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
