Description
The first phase of a six acre redevelopment is taking place on a site immediately to the rear of the new BBC Headquarters at Pacific Quay.
Phase 1 will comprise the development of modern, two-storey office pavilions totalling approximately 67,000 ft². Accommodation will range in size from 2,500 ft² to 10,000 ft². The offices will be available for either purchase or lease on a floor by floor basis.
Phase 2 is to be finalised but it is anticipated that the second stage of the development will comprise a similar building and size to phase 1.
Cost
Phase 1 is valued at around £11 million.
Current status
Work started on site August 2007.
Timescale
Completion scheduled for September 2008.
