McGrigors, the Scottish law firm, is moving into two floors of 141
Bothwell Street, Glasgow, a new eight-storey office, relocating
from its existing premises at Pacific House on Wellington Street,
in May 2009.
Construction of the building is underway and the completed
building will offer 176,000 sq ft of space and McGrigors is
the first tenant to sign up. The building is being developed by
PPG, the property arm of the Sir David Murray's Murray
International Group.
Kirk Murdoch, McGrigors senior partner said: "While Pacific
House has served us well, we need modern efficient space to support
our flexible and changing working practices."
