    Clyde Arc Time Lapse Film

    View the Clyde Arc ("Squinty Bridge") being built - using time lapse photography. Opened in 2006, the bridge is the first new surface level road bridge to cross the River Clyde since 1969.

    Made by Ogam Films for Films of Scotland. This film was the first of a proposed pair of films tracing the development of the city in the 1970's. Filming for the sequel was halted in 1978 as 'there seemed to be no end to the urban renewal in sight'.

    The River Clyde, a survey of Scotland's greatest river 1939. Made by Scottish Film Productions for the Clyde Navigation Trust. The "Athenia" was the first non combatant navel vessel to be attacked by U-boats during the Second World War.
