Two floors at the landmark Clydeport HQ on the corner of Robertson Street and the Broomielaw are available for let.
Businesses are being given the opportunity to move into one of
Glasgow's most iconic buildings, with views over the River Clyde.
Two floors at the landmark building are available for let.
The 126-year-old building, formerly known as the Clyde
Navigation Trust building, is regarded as one of the city's
grandest. The A-listed landmark was designed by architect Sir John
James Burnet, the man responsible for Glasgow's Charing Cross
Mansions and London's Selfridges department store.
The building, which offers views across the river to Tradeston,
is partially occupied by Clydeport staff, who operate ports in the
west of Scotland.
Space on the ground and first floors is available to let after
it was vacated by Scottish and Southern Energy. Clydeport chiefs
say the offices are suitable for one or more businesses keen to
operate on the edge of Glasgow's International Financial
Services District.
Office space totalling 6112 sq ft is available.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Montagu Evans have been appointed to
market the accommodation in a building which was opened in 1886 and
is on the list of Buildings of Historic and Special Architectural
Importance. Other businesses close by include ScottishPower, BT and
Lloyds TSB.
