Description

This is a new three storey, high quality office and leisure facility comprising two floors of offices, each approximately 10,000ft², with ground floor leisure/retail/restaurant facilities.

This new building is being provided to attract media companies, and offers high specification accommodation with the most up-to-date broadband optical fibre connectivity.  It is located on the eastern edge of the Canting Basin, adjacent to the Science Centre and BBC Scotland’s new headquarters.

The leisure, restaurant and retail facilities on the ground floor are aimed at complementing the ongoing development at Pacific Quay and will service the increasing number of occupiers in the area.

There are excellent public and private transportation links with direct access to the city centre via the Squinty Bridge, a recently created road bridge which has improved links in the area.
