unless communities are properly involved, the investment benefits
along the waterfront will not be fully enjoyed locally.
We are committed therefore to ensuring our regeneration plan is
informed by existing residents and workforces.
From Dumbarton to Glasgow Green, the river encompasses a number
of neighbourhoods, all of which have a part to play in the
transformation of the waterfront. A number of community action
groups are already actively engaged in the continuing regeneration
of the River Clyde. They are working to make sure local residents
have their say in the redevelopment plans. You can also make a
