Description

Lancefield Quay lies on the banks of the River Clyde in the heart of the city. The stylish development is set to become a landmark building on Glasgow's vibrant waterfront, offering a variety of two and three bedroomed apartments with spectacular views of the Clyde.

The development is a joint venture between Miller Homes and CALA Homes.

Lancefield Quay has been commended by the Royal Fine Arts Commission and in 2003 it was given the Best of Development Award for City Development by Your New Home Magazine.

Current status

Preliminary work got underway in April 2002. The first apartments were completed in summer 2003. The first release of properties in the final phase of the development took place in July 2005.
