Description

An architect has been appointed to develop proposals for the remaining area of the John Knox Street workshops. This will involve building around seven further workshops to meet the demand for these flexible units from local businesses.

The first phase has been a great success with around 90 jobs supported and many design awards.

Current status

Contractors are currently tendering for the project.
