Description

The development comprises 1,700 m² of small industrial workshops.

A total of 21 industrial units will be provided in three blocks and range in size from 44 - 177m². The accommodation is suitable for business start-ups, growing local companies and inward investors.

It is estimated up to 90 people will work within the development.

Since completion the project has won two design awards:

  • RIBA Award 2006 for Scotland
  • Scottish Design Awards 2006 - Best Regeneration Project

The development is substantially let.

The project was completed in October 2005.
