Description

Situated adjacent to the High Court of Glasgow and bounded by an existing red sandstone tenemental block to the east and the disused high-level St Enoch Station feeder railway line to the west, this compact inner city island site will house 65 one and two bedroom apartments arranged around a central atrium space with commercial units at ground floor. The commercial units sit above a parking deck at basement level.

The flats are accessed from a top-litĀ atrium within the centre of the block which serves to provide gallery access to the apartments. A degree of weather protection is afforded to the atria space by way of a lightweight ETFE roof system which maximises the amount of natural light allowed into the space.
