Scotland's largest waterfront regeneration project is already transforming communities along the Clyde:
- £2bn has been invested already in Clyde Waterfront
Developments, many by the private sector
- 18,000 new jobs have been created
- 8.500 new homes have been built
- 320,000 sq metres of commercial space has been created
Further significant work is already taking shap. In total
the projected investment for the 25 year regeneration project is
around £5 - £6m. Approximately 50,000 jobs will be created, 25,000
new homes will be built and around 2.8m sq metres of new commercial
space create.
