Investment & relocation

As the scale of our project grows, more opportunities for future development are emerging on a regular basis. This makes the waterfront a dynamic and exciting place for businesses to consider relocating. Already around £2bn has been invested in the area, mainly from the private sector.  The total value of investment  between 2003 and 2025 is estimated at around £5 - 6 billion.
