Old Kilpatrick to Dumbarton – riverside towns

The area from Old Kilpatrick to Dumbarton  includes attractive countryside along the river and great transport links to the city.  Dumbarton town centre is now undergoing significant regeneration with a master plan to regenerate the town centre, new build residential developments and new commercial opportunities.

Residential development is under way in the heart of Bowling, with new apartments being created on the site of the former Littlemill distillery.

A site near Old Kilpatrick has been earmarked for residential development and business use, while a number of opportunities exist to promote the quality of the local environment.
