Description
RMJM is leading this design for a mixed-use residential development in the heart of the historic Broomielaw area of Glasgow - the centre of city’s new financial district.
The development comprises 200 contemporary residential apartments and commercial space adjacent to one of Glasgow’s most prominent listed buildings - the Clydeport Authority
headquarters.
RMJM has also proposed a new public space within the development. The space is being designed in conjunction with the internationally acclaimed artist Peter McCaughey.

Current status
Work is well underway at the site and the project is nearing completion.
