Description

Friary Court is leading the way in the multi-million pound regeneration of this area.

An exciting mix of the old and the new, this lively community has all the advantages a great European city can offer, yet still retains a friendly neighbourhood feel.

Situated off Cumberland Street, the development comprises seven wedge shaped apartment blocks in a semi circle next to the architecturally stunning St Francis Centre (formerly St Francis RC Church).

The final three apartments complete the developments mix of 71, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes in 16 different styles. Friary Court is part of the Crown Street regeneration project.

Cost

Approx £9 million.

The developers moved onto the site in 2004. The project is now complete and the apartments are sold out.
