Description

Evolution at 80 Oswald Street will make a striking contribution to the urban townscape with a dramatic glazed 9 storey tower.

Evolution will provide approximately 71,000 ft2 of commercial space, including Class 3 retail space on the ground floor. Car parking spaces and secure cycle storage will be provided in the basement.

High quality public realm will provide a welcoming forecourt to the building, with the feature glazed tower set back from the corner to respect the buttress of the adjacent grade “A” listed Victorian Central Station.

Typical floor plates within Evolution will provide around 8,600 ft2 with the flexibility for cellular or open plan environments.

Planning and Conservation Area Consent was submitted in March 2007.
