Established in 1975 to provide good quality, affordable rented housing for people in need, Elderpark Housing Association is a non-profit making organisation. We are registered with Communities Scotland and the Registrar of Friendly Societies. Communities Scotland is a government body which monitors us and ensures we spend money wisely and let our housing fairly and efficiently. Elderpark Housing Association obtained charitable status in 2001. It has been one of the founding principles since the setup of the Association to develop and build on its community base. This principle continues with our support, in our 30th anniversary, of local schools, pensioner groups and youth clubs.
Good News for the Association - March 2008 Elderpark awarded 'B' Grade by Communities Scotland
Following an inspection in december 2007 the Association was awarded a 'good' rating for its overall performance.
