Description

This 15-storey development comprises 43 flats and two commercial units at ground floor level. The building enjoys a unique riverfront setting at the end of bustling Buchanan Street.

A perforated metal skin suspended from the building frame, encloses balconies and creates an animated woven façade.

The site has now been sold by the Dixon Street Partnership

Clyde Waterfront is a strategic partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire Councils. Its purpose is to promote the economic, social and environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
