This new 10-storey residential development at Lancefield Quay will create 280 new flats, with 296 parking spaces at basement and podium levels.

In addition, approximately 690m² of commercial/retail area fronting onto Lancefield Quay will be included in this modern riverside development.

Current status

Planning consent was obtained in 2005.

Client instructions are currently awaited.
