Description

Skypark is located to the west of Glasgow city centre, close to the SECC and new BBC Scotland Headquarters. The complex is currently split into six buildings, known as Skypark 1 to  6, forming over 500,000 sq ft of office accommodation, industrial & storage facilities and retail opportunities.
Extensive on-site, secure and dedicated car parking is also available.

Outline Planning Consent has also been granted for two development schemes adjacent to the existing Skypark complex for hotels and up to 250,000 sq ft office and retail accommodation, known as Skypark 7 and  8 respectively.

Detailed Planning Consent has been granted for the third development site for over 80,000 sq ft of office and retail accommodation known as Skypark 9.

Current status

Skypark 1-6 has available accommodation to lease including serviced offices.

Skypark 7, 8 and 9 development projects have Planning Consents in place.
