Description
Primrose Quay is located at the west end of the development and provides one of the final pieces of the residential masterplan for the area. The design will create a dramatic entranceway to Ferry Village from Renfrew’s town centre. The new development is positioned beside the new public park and overlooking Pudzeoch Basin, one of the few basins on the river that could accommodate berthing facilities.
Primrose Quay will comprise 51 residential flatted units and will create a key landmark on the Clyde.
