Description
This is the third project to be undertaken on the 16 acre Queens Quay Enterprise and Learning District.
This project involves the provision of a 27,000 ft2 office building which will complement provision in Titan Enterprise. The project is a response to market research which indicated a dearth of quality expansion office space. The four storey building will offer suites from 1,500 – 5,000 ft2.
Clydebank College, which opened in August 2007 was the first building to be completed at Queens Quay and is already establishing itself as a popular place to work, visit and study.
There will be over 20 construction jobs created as part of the Clydebank Rebuilt projects on site and when the whole enterprise district is completed, there will be over 200 new jobs in the area.

Planning permission was granted in January 2008.
