Description

The Merchant Building offers a mixed-use development of commercial and residential units, providing 170 quality flats in the heart of the city with unparalleled views along Argyle Street and beyond.

The development continues the regeneration of the area by converting a long-derelict site into a bustling residential development, supported by the fashionable shops and bars in the adjacent Merchant City. The site is also well connected to the business districts at Pacific Quay and West George Street.

Construction costs total £20 million.
