Description
This is a 2-phased project with a total of 104 housing units and one or two shops. The homes are being developed for rent and replace two multi storey flats which were demolished in 2006. Although planned in two phases both phases are being constructed together and the entire project is due to complete in 2008.

The estimated development cost is £11 million.
