Description

This is a 3.6 hectare (9 acre) urban business park, providing 500,000 ft² of office space and other facilities with approximately 1000 car parking spaces.

Phase 1 of the development on the site of the former headquarters of the Scottish Daily Record, was completed in 1998.

Phase 2, at 2 Central Quay, was completed in 2002 and comprises new offices which have been leased to ACCA, NHS Education & GE.

Planning permission was given in February 2007 for Phase 3 of the development which will see a new headquarters building, a further office building and a hotel. The buildings will be arranged around a central landscaped area which will link to Anderston Quay and the waterfront.
