Retail projects in Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun
As well as extensive commercial and residential developments, Renfrew Riverside and Scotstoun can look forward to new retail projects.
Braehead shopping centre opened in 1999 with over 1,000,000ft2 of retail space. It has about 20,000,000 vistors a year. The impressive array of shopping attractions have now been added to with the opening of Xscape, which includes leisure facilities supported by reastaurants and stores.
The traditional retail centre of Renfrew is also being improved and there will be space for local facilities in the new residential developments.
