Commercial property in Glasgow

Glasgow commercial property developments such as the International Financial Services District (IFSD) at the Broomielaw are creating a range of high quality office accommodation.

Extending from St. Vincent Street to the River Clyde, IFSD involves the development of more than two million square feet of new office space with the potential to create around 20,000 new jobs. Commercial property in Glasgow city centre is being developed to keep pace with this project. New tenants are being attracted to the area, creating a new air of dynamism and vibrancy along the waterfront as a result.

Elsewhere, at Custom House Quay, an impressive series of redevelopment projects are creating additional commercial space in a range of sizes, ensuring the city can attract a variety of modern new businesses and industries.
