Description
Cuprum is a mixed use development on Argyle Street between Oak Street and Cadzow Street. For developers Taylor Wimpey it is the fifth phase in the redevelopment of Cadogan Square. They are developing this phase in partnership with Kenmore.
The plans have two main components. An office building of 9,200 sq m with 37 car parking spaces to the east half of the site and 122 apartments running from the commercial building and returning into Oak Street.
The office building is arranged over 6 floors plus mezzanine with 37 parking spaces.
Cost
The project will have an end value in excess of £50 million.
Current status
Construction is in progress.
Timescale
Started in summer 2006. Completion due Q1 2010.
