Description

This important site on Cart Street faces the rear entrance to Clydebank College. Clydebank Housing Association are working in partnership with Clydebank reBuilt to take forward proposals for a new development of high quality affordable rented housing.

Around 40 homes will be developed on the site which offers easy access to Queen's Quay and the town centre. It also completes the development of this side of Cart Street.

Current status

Design and planning progress. Tenders will be awarded in August 2008.
