Careers Scotland provides expert career guidance and information for school pupils. It also supports career education in schools.

Careers Scotland does not provide a job placing service but there are links on the Careers Scotland website to Jobcentre Plus and other recruitment agencies and local and national newspapers.

To make and implement realistic career choices school pupils need accurate and up to date information about the labour market. This part of the Clyde Waterfront Education website provides information on the key industries both along the River Clyde and in the city of Glasgow.
