Description

This office development will be the final phase of Atlantic Quay development. The 12 storey landmark tower will act as a centrepiece to the IFSD (International Financial Services District). The new building is to be known as Cappella at Atlantic Quay and will not only be the tallest building in the Broomielaw, but also the largest at over 110,000ft2. The ground floor includes retail space - a first for new builds within the area. The retail space will overlook new public spaces that will link all the Atlantic Quay developments.

The development's location in Glasgow city centre provides easy access to a wide range of business, leisure and shopping facilities, as well as quick rail and motorway access.

Cost

£26 mIllion

Current status

Planning consent granted April 2007 and work commenced on site in Spring 2008.

Timescale

The building is scheduled for completion in August 2009.
