Description

The project is a mixed tenure development comprising 72 flats for private ownership and a social housing component of 44 houses for rental for West of Scotland Housing Association. This includes 24 mainstream units with a further 20 flats in a support block for the frail and elderly.

Current status

Initial sales completions were anticipated by December 2005 and the first mainstream rental units were handed over to West of Scotland Housing Association in mid-November 2005.
