Description

Plans have been approved for a new building on the site of the Holiday Inn in Bothwell, foremly the Albany hotel. At 18 storeys the new development will be the tallest commercial building in Glasgow. It will provide 28,000m2 of office space as well as a 320 bedroom 5 star hotel. 

The new hotel will incorporate a function suite for 600 people as well as health and fitness facilities.

Clyde Waterfront is a strategic partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire Councils. Its purpose is to promote the economic, social and environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
