Description

Aurora is a new generation of office building, combining distinctive architectural design with high performance specification. The building extends to 176,982ft² over ground and nine upper floors. Aurora also benefits from 77 basement car parking spaces.

Newly-merged Davis Langdon Mackenzie has taken 19,000 ft2 on the 7th floor. Aurora, which was project managed by the MacKenzie partnership, will become home to what is now the largest cost and project management consultancy in Scotland, with a combined resource of over 150 people including 18 partners.

Aurora recently scooped the British Council for Offices’ Award for Best Commercial Workplace in Scotland. It is located on the north side of Bothwell Street in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre. The building is in the prime business district of the city, within five minutes walk from central station and adjacent to the M8 motorway. Numerous shopping amenities, and hotels are within easy walking distance.
