The first two sections of the development will comprise two Grade A office buildings of 15,000 sq m and 6,100 sq m. The third will house a 6-storey 150-bedroom hotel. In addition, there will be 1,800 sq m of ground floor retail and leisure space across all three buildings, with the potential for health club and conference facilities.

A glazed courtyard will provide an open meeting area for the Broomielaw area, allowing workers, residents and visitors to meet and relax. Pedestrian access through the area will be upgraded.
