Description

This development comprises three separate buildings, set around a new public square and fronting onto York Street and James Watt Street.

The two office buildings are 125,000ft² and 40,000ft², with 20,000ft² of leisure and retail use on the ground floors. There will also be 62 apartments constructed beyond a retained façade in James Watt Street.

The development is in the heart of Glasgow's busy International Financial Services District (IFSD) and numerous shopping, business and leisure amenities are nearby.
